Booking Policies
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure all appointments.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Deposits go toward your total service cost and are non-transferable.
Late policy
A 5-minute grace period is allowed.
After 5 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied.
Appointments may be canceled after 15 minutes and will be considered a no call/no show.
No call/shows
Clients who fail to show without communication will be charged 100% of the service total and may be restricted from future bookings.
Rescheduling
Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in loss of deposit and require a new booking.
Hair Detangling
All services include a wash.
If hair is excessively tangled or matted, a detangling fee between $30 - $80 will be applied.
Safety & Security
The location may be monitored for security purposes.
Only scheduled clients are permitted.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client.
Salon Etiquette
Please arrive on time and prepared.
​Limit phone use during service when possible.
Be respectful of time, space, and the experience.
No disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
No children allowed.
